If you are unsure of the optin status of leads, subscribers, or sources that generate optin targeted lists, be sure to ask. It only takes a few minutes, and it could save you from spam complaints. Only choose optin solutions, and be sure that you are targeting the audience that has specifically requested the type of information you are sending. Do your part to reduce spamming. After all, you hate it in your inbox just as much as everyone else does.

If you need to report a spam complaint against one of our members, please make sure you submit the following information by submitting a ticket to notify us. Because of
the large amount of email we receive, the best way to contact us is through the Ticket System. Set up your ticket, and write in the subject
that you have received spam. Then follow all the directions below so we can properly take action.
Forward the entire email that you received, including message headers. Please email it in text form and NOT as an attachment. Attachments are never opened or read. Once your complaint has been received, investigation of your spam complaint will begin within 48 working hours from time of submission.
Our Spam Policy: We take all spam complaints seriously. Any intentional false spam complaint will be prosecuted. On any valid spam complaint, which validity of complaint will be determined upon investigation, will receive proper action based on the history of the member's account and the source of the lead or optin list.
Any non-optin source, non-targeted category, or optin category that does not match the type of information sent will result in immediate termination of account. If lead/subscriber has come from an optin, category appropriate source, action will be taken according to Spam Warning Levels as outlined in the Terms of Service. UltraSponder reserves
the sole authority to determine what is a valid spam complaint and reserves sole authority on the action taken upon such complaints. If member account is terminated due to one or more spam complaints, account will be terminated without refund. Any subscribers or leads in system will not be delivered to member once account is terminated.
