Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I import an existing list from another autoresponder? Absolutely! You can import by using the copy and paste option, or you may import a file. To import a file, the list must be in a specific format. Just be sure that you are importing a list that is optin, and be sure that all remove requests have been completely honored prior to transferring your list. If you need us to format your list for you, please contact us.

What if I need to upgrade/downgrade my account? You can either upgrade or downgrade in the members area or simply contact us, and we will take care of that for you. If you do upgrade/downgrade on your own, please be sure to contact us so that we can verify that your settings and account information has been properly modified.

Are you CAN SPAM Compliant? YES. We strive to meet all anti-spam policies. We require a valid "from" email address in the header of all outgoing messages, have a valid removal link in our messages, and ensure that all messages have a postal mailing address (P.O. Boxes are acceptable).

I'm not sure if my lead source is on your approved list. How do I find out? Just email us with your username and the lead source that you are inquiring on.
